Liked the complementary features such as free Wi-Fi and breakfast. The location was convenient being close to the train station and local attractions. The atmosphere was lively and friendly.
Disliked the noise levels from the nearby traffic which made it hard to sleep at night. Also, the room was quite small and cramped which made it difficult to move around comfortably.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was near to some great Indian restaurants and the Lye railway station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself was bustling with activity, especially the restaurant, which had a lively atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. I had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in the Black Country. The room may have been small, but it was very clean and had a comfortable bed with nice bed linen. I appreciated the courtesy tray, which included a pod coffee maker and biscuits. The bathroom, although small, was also clean and had good towels and provided soap/shampoo. The shower was decent and there was even a fan and heater available if needed. The small TV on the wall worked perfectly fine. I loved that the window opened for ventilation. The highlight of my stay was the amazing dinner I had at the restaurant and the superb breakfast, with proper sausages and the best scrambled eggs ever! They even had good quality bread for the toast. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this black country gem.

The cleanliness of our room and the ensuite were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious, with everything cooked to order.
Nothing could have been better.
